Morning Coffee – What Is It About Wednesdays Edition

I don’t know what it is about Wednesdays but every week I find myself waking up late and rushing around like a chicken with its head cut off, and being generally discombobulated.

I’ve tried to think of all kinds of things to do with Wednesday, but I just keep drawing a blank. Seriously, what can you do with Wednesday? It’s really not all that exciting.

I think something should be done. Honestly, I think Wednesday should be a day off, to give folks a break in the middle of their work week. That sounds nice.

Perhaps we could turn Wednesday into “Mandatory Shots and Shooters” Day. That would make things more interesting, but I don’t know if it’s a good idea.

Oh Wednesday, you vex me.

I guess for now we’ll just have to take comfort in the knowledge that the weekend is half-way here. That puts Wednesday in the awkward position of being both the middle barrier and gateway to the weekend. I’m sure Wednesday is thrilled.

Ok, enough about that, on to the coffee!
