If GOP candidate Joe Carr used that as an endorsement with A.) not asking the Dean or B.) making an assumption regarding something he wrote, then I would hope Tom gives him a noogie and tells him to go sit at the kiddie table where he belongs. Carr, you may remember, did this back in May.
I don’t buy it and neither do R. Neal and Michael Silence.
