Got STDs?: TRA Director Kenneth Hill's & Rep. Matthew Hill's Hush-Hush Lab Testing Franchise Biz
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=179x5121

Rep. Matthew Hill (R-Jonesborugh) and his father --- Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey appointee and Tennessee Regulatory Authority Director Kenneth C. Hill --- are each not making their full ethics disclosures pertaining to one Johnson City medical lab testing franchise that they own together - Any Lab Test Now of Johnson City.

According to records on file at the Washington County Clerk Office in Jonesborough, TRA Director Hill is listed as owner on the county business license issued to Any Lab Test Now Johnson City.

While both the father and son Hill team have each disclosed their individual interests within a "Health Living" limited liability company with the Tennessee Ethics Commission, the secretive Hills have not provided any d.b.a (i.e.: "doing business as") statement fully disclosing their ownership of the Johnson City based medical lab testing franchise that seemingly specializes in testing college students for a "$199 STD (sexually transmitted disease) Panel Special to College Students (*with a valid ID)". The Any Lab Test Now Johnson City web site does not indicate whether-or-not that the Hill-owned medical lab testing franchise in Johnson City can immediately dispense medications to any college student clients who have the misfortune to actually test postive for any STDs.

There is supposed to be separation of church and state but it's so-called religious bastards like this who make being a woman a pain in the ass! Who are the ones who make women pregnant? Who are the ones who LEAVE BIRTH CONTROL UP TO WOMEN when they don't want a condom on their dick? Who are the ones who want to make things worse for disadvantaged women? Yeah, men! The same ones who ram the Bible down your throat now want it guiding your own damn uterus!

There are many things that bother me about this. First, where is the media on this story. Second of all, Rep. Jeanne Richardson deserves so much praise for calling Hill out.

We found this on Think Progress through a tip. I'm just perplexed. Hill is a shill.

I'm sorry but you can't be fighting to reduce the number of abortions while limiting access to affordable contraception.

What has Matthew Hill done to actually reduce the number of abortions? You know, like creating easy access to affordable contraception and encouraging age-appropriate reproductive health education for all Tennesseans? Absolutely, nothing, that's what.

And until he starts, everything he does or say on this issue is political grandstanding. Thanks for using us as your political football, Rep. Hill.
