TCOG responds to TNInvestco Story

Unbelievable.

State officials don’t have to disclose how the state scored 25 companies competing for six slots in a program that gave $120 million in taxpayer funds to private businesses. A Nashville judge made that ruling on Tuesday, according to the Associated Press.
